Mobility Portal España Receives New Recognition for Its Journalistic Excellence in the eMobility Sector

As part of Electromaps' 15th Anniversary, Gastón Fenes, CEO and Founder of Mobility Portal España (part of Strategic Energy Corp), accepted the award for second place in the category "Best Specialised Media Portal." At a pivotal moment for the national electromobility sector, Mobility Portal España, part of Strategic Energy Corp, has received significant news to kick off 2025.

During an event in Madrid, surrounded by eMobility sector leaders, the portal won second place in the “Best Media Portal” category, reaffirming its leadership as a key information source in the transition to sustainable mobility.

The awards recognised companies, institutions, and individuals who have significantly contributed to the development of charging infrastructure and the adoption of electric vehicles.

The winners were chosen through a combination of Electromaps user votes and the input of expert panellists:

This recognition marks the second time Mobility Portal España has received an award of national relevance.

The first was in September 2023 during the MOVEO event in Oviedo, where it was granted the Asociación de Usuarios de Vehículos Eléctricos de España (AUVE) award for “Promotion and Dissemination of Electric Mobility in Spain.”

Both accolades reinforce the portal’s commitment to leading the conversation on zero-emission mobility and providing high-quality information to its audience. The Mobility Portal España team thanks Electromaps for this honour and renews its dedication to advancing the eMobility revolution.

Mobility Portal España and Strategic Energy Corp Looking to 2025

With this trajectory, 2025 is set to be a pivotal year for achieving significant milestones and contributing to the journalistic mission of this team.

The agenda is packed with activities, beginning with the year’s first virtual summit, “Storage, Renewable and Electric Vehicles Integration.”

The first day, led by Mobility Portal Europe under the theme “Voice of eMobility Leaders,” will focus on trends in charging infrastructure, advancements in heavy electric transport, innovations in energy storage, and fast charging, among other topics.

The second day, titled “Storage and Renewable Leadership Forum,” organised by Strategic Energy Europe, will explore upcoming market signals, particularly in photovoltaic solar energy, how companies are preparing for 2025, and the role of new technologies evolving year by year, such as battery storage and renewable hydrogen.
