The provider of intelligent charging solutions for electric vehicles, go-e, is making strides in its expansion strategy, targeting Italy, France, the United Kingdom, and Denmark.

“We anticipate entering at least two new markets this year, with a primary focus on Southern Europe,” states Erik Yesayan, CEO of the company, in an interview with Mobility Portal Europe.

Within this framework, discussions with various industry partners are already underway.

“In Italy, we have established several connections and are also in dialogue with a key partner in France,” he details.

And that is not all.

Until now, go-e has distinguished itself with its mobile and smart charging solutions.

However, in the second quarter of 2025, it will introduce a new fixed-installation charger—an addition that will enable the company to expand its portfolio into residential and commercial infrastructure.

“While our current solution can also be used in a fixed manner with a wall mount, this new version will unlock fresh business opportunities for us,” explains Yesayan.

He adds: “This new product will be particularly suited for public tenders, as most of them require fixed installations.”

Notably, the mounting support can be pre-installed so that when customers require the charger, they can simply purchase and install it with ease.

Moreover, it is ideal for newly constructed apartment buildings, making it a swift and convenient solution for users.

What sets go-e apart in the eMobility sector?

“Our aim is to offer customers the simplest way to interact with our products and facilitate the transition from petrol-powered vehicles to electric ones,” he affirms.

To achieve this, the firm is focused on developing intelligent features that prioritise both usability and user safety.

This is because its devices are designed as plug-and-play, meaning that once purchased, the driver merely needs to connect them to a power outlet for immediate operation.

“We do not offer ‘dumb’ chargers—our entire portfolio consists of smart equipment, and we will never supply conventional devices,” Yesayan asserts.

go-e aims to provide products that actively contribute to the energy transition, incorporating innovative features such as surplus photovoltaic power charging and flexible tariff-based charging, among others.

“We seek to support eMobility and the entire electricity sector with products that serve the grid and facilitate the transition,” he states.

To this end, the company also offers home energy management solutions, including a controller that optimises electricity consumption.

“In the future, we will introduce additional products to meet customer expectations, demonstrating our versatility across both sectors,” the CEO assures.

Currently, go-e’s products are available across Europe and in other global markets.

In this regard, the company is working to ensure that customers in additional countries can access its solutions.

Success stories and performance in key markets

In 2024, go-e achieved a significant milestone in the Nordic countries, generating a 7-figure-revenue from an almost non-existent starting point.

“This was a major success for us, as the electric vehicle market in the Nordics is substantial yet highly competitive,” notes Yesayan.

Through this achievement, the company was able to establish a local branch and strengthen its presence in the region.

Another point of pride for go-e in 2024 was that two independent studies found it to be the market leader in the home charging sector in Germany.

The studies were conducted by renowned market research institutes LCP Delta and Uscale.

What is the key to its success?

“It is essential to understand how people will use our products and what key benefits they seek or require,” the CEO affirms.

He elaborates: “This necessitates a collective effort from our entire team, including our local colleagues, to facilitate the transition from one market to another.”
