Eleport, the leading public electric vehicle (EV) charging network in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), is inviting offers for the purchase of its alternating current (AC) charging stations across Poland.
“As part of our strategic shift towards expanding a fast direct current (DC) charging network, we are offering these stations for sale, including valid lease agreements and easement rights, free from legal defects,” states the announcement.
This Request for Offers (RFO) serves as the first stage of the sale process, allowing interested buyers to express their interest and submit proposals.
Eleport may conduct further rounds of the bidding process, including negotiations with selected bidders.
The deadline for submitting questions is 24 March 2025, while the submission deadline – which must be in PDF and Excel format – is 28 March 2025 at 16:00 (GMT).
Buyers must complete and submit Appendix 1 (list of chargers for sale) and Appendix 2 (Request for Offer Questionnaire).
Additional documentation will be provided after signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
Eleport reserves the right to request proof of financial capability before proceeding with negotiations.

- Willingness to purchase multiple chargers (preferably bulk sales)
- Readiness to complete the acquisition in the coming months
- Offered price and payment terms
