Mobilize is revolutionising the ultra-fast charging landscape, providing all electric vehicle (EV) drivers with seamless access to its Mobilize Fast Charge network.
With 25 operational stations in France, the firm aims to expand to 650 stations across France, Italy, Belgium, and Spain by the end of 2028, ensuring convenient electric travel throughout Europe.
Its stations are strategically positioned to maximise territorial coverage, leveraging Renault Group dealership locations.
These stations deliver charging power of up to 320 kW, enabling drivers to recover up to 400 km of range in just 15 minutes.
The “Plug & Charge” feature simplifies the process, allowing vehicles to commence charging automatically upon connection, eliminating the need for additional authentication.
Renault Group customers using the Mobilize Charge Pass can already benefit from this functionality.
To further enhance the charging experience, it provides a secure, comfortable lounge area at select locations, ensuring a serene and convenient environment for customers.
The company is dedicated to facilitating the transition to electric mobility through a comprehensive range of tailored charging solutions, including home, workplace, and public charging options.
By prioritising the development of ultra-fast charging infrastructure outside traditional motorway networks, the company addresses local charging needs and promotes long-distance EV travel.
Mobilize‘s expansion into key European markets
Since early 2023, Mobilize has successfully deployed 25 stations in France, with plans to reach approximately 100 by the end of 2025.
To provide a seamless EV travel experience across Europe, the firm is expanding its network beyond France.
In the latter half of 2025 and throughout 2026, new stations will be introduced in Belgium and Spain, key markets for Renault Group.
Gianluca De Ficchy, CEO of the company, highlights the significance of this expansion: “Electrification is transforming the automotive industry’s value chain.”
“Our role extends beyond vehicle production, and generating recurring revenue is crucial for future investments. Mobilize Fast Charge is a key pillar in achieving this goal while also reassuring our customers in their transition to electric mobility,” he adds.
Additionally, it formed a strategic partnership with Free to X, granting access to an established network of approximately 100 ultra-fast charging stations in Italy, further strengthening its European presence.
By 2028, it aspires to become a major player in Europe’s ultra-fast charging sector, establishing 650 stations across France, Italy, Belgium, and Spain.
Anne-Cécile Bonneville, Fast Charge Director at Mobilize, affirms: “Given the ongoing electrification of Europe’s vehicle fleet, we are committed to an ambitious expansion of our charging infrastructure to meet the rising demand.”
Mobilize Fast Charge network boasts an availability rate exceeding 99%, supported by 24/7 maintenance to ensure consistent service quality.
“Thanks to Renault Group’s expertise in electric vehicles, our stations offer reliability, efficiency, and simplicity for our customers,” adds Bonneville.
At selected locations, Mobilize Fast Charge stations feature complimentary secure lounges where customers can relax or work while their vehicles charge.
Facilities include an isolated phone box for private calls, refreshments such as coffee and snacks, Wi-Fi access, and restrooms, ensuring an optimal charging experience.
Additionally, it offers attractive pricing for its ultra-fast charging services.
At each new station launch, a promotional rate of 0.41 euros per kWh is available for credit card payments during the first two months.
Renault Group customers with the Mobilize Charge Pass benefit from an even lower rate of 0.39 euros per kWh for one year.
