The company has installed 23 electric vehicle charging stations in the region, five of which are already operational in the province of Pordenone.
In the province of Pordenone, ten connectors are now active, distributed across five stations located in Aviano (4), Roveredo in Piano (4), and Fanna (2).
In the province of Udine, one charging station is already operational in Ragogna, while five more are set to be activated shortly.
Furthermore, six new stations are expected to be commissioned soon in the province of Gorizia.
This initiative is part of the Polis project – “Casa dei Servizi Digitali” – promoted by Poste Italiane to support the country’s economic, social, and territorial cohesion.
The plan includes the deployment of 10,000 Quick-type charging points (2×22 kW), with a significant proportion of 50 kW DC fast chargers, by 2026.
The stations will be installed in Poste Italiane’s private car parks or in public areas near post offices, under agreements signed with local municipalities. The provision of space involves no cost for the local administrations.
The objective is to promote sustainable mobility by expanding electric vehicle charging infrastructure throughout the country.
