Just in time for summer road trips, Recharge is making it easier than ever to charge electric cars in the Nordics.
All fast chargers – over 2,500 in Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark – are now equipped with a card terminal.
At the same time, two new charging subscriptions are being launched in the Recharge app, which offer a lower price per kWh: Recharge Flow – for spontaneous users: 5.99 NOK/kWh, no monthly fee – and Recharge Move – for those who charge frequently: 4.79 NOK/kWh, 69 NOK/month.
“Charging should be easy, whether you drive an electric car every day or are just on your way to a long summer trip,” says David Lincoln Blom, Communications and Marketing Director at Recharge.
“With both card payment and flexible subscriptions, we make charging with Recharge even easier,” he adds.
Recharge is the first major charging operator (CPO) in the Nordics to offer card payments on all fast chargers in its entire network.
Two big news stories – with one common goal: to simplify everyday life for electric car drivers
The card terminals mean that anyone who needs to charge quickly along the road can now easily tap/blip their card – without an app or account.
It is a user-friendly option for holidaymakers, first-time users and visitors.
The new subscriptions are suitable for those who charge more often and want better control over their charging costs.
The initiatives are part of Recharge’s long-term work to offer a more flexible, user-friendly and accessible charging experience for all electric vehicle drivers – throughout the Nordic region.
