chargecloud GmbH, provider of cloud-based software solutions for charging infrastructure, has gained Munich-based AI company Lemonflow Technologies GmbH as a new partner for the chargecloud Marketplace.
Together, the companies are providing a solution that enables Charge Point Operators (CPOs) to deliver around-the-clock, AI-powered support, fully integrated into the chargecloud ecosystem and immediately deployable across the European market.
The cooperation addresses rising demands for efficiency and service quality in the operation of charging infrastructure.
Lemonflow.ai’s specialized AI agent supports CPOs in handling user inquiries and technical issues via voice call, chat, or email, without waiting times and without additional training effort.
The integration complements existing traditional hotline services, creating a scalable service option for operators.
AI-Based Support Enhances Service Quality
Lemonflow.ai’s solution is specifically designed for EV charging use cases. The voice agent is so sophisticated that callers can conduct a natural conversation and even switch languages during the call.
The AI application automates the handling of a large share of typical hotline requests, enabling charging infrastructure operators to reduce long-term costs and significantly improve response times, including by shortening call durations.
In addition, the AI agent can use remote access to restart charging stations, end charging processes, or unlock charging cables, allowing for real-time problem resolution during the conversation.
The AI agent supports more than 30 languages and is fully integrated into chargecloud’s Charge Point Management System (CPMS). By combining it with a traditional hotline, routine cases can be handled by AI agents, while complex issues continue to be addressed by human service teams.
As with all offerings available through the chargecloud Marketplace, the AI solution has undergone prior technical testing to ensure seamless compatibility with the SaaS platform and operation without additional middleware.
