DKV Mobility, a platform specializing in international mobility services, has entered into a partnership with EasyGo, one of Ireland’s largest charge point operators, to expand its electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure in the country.
As a result of this partnership, DKV Mobility customers can now access more than 1,150 additional charging locations.
Nearly one-third of these stations are high-power DC chargers, enabling faster and more efficient charging.
EasyGo’s network covers a wide variety of sites, including national landmarks, event venues, and local businesses.
The company has also extended its infrastructure to rural areas, helping to reduce range anxiety and support greater EV adoption across Ireland.
The newly integrated charge points can be accessed via the DKV Card +Charge or the DKV Mobility app.
“Integrating EasyGo’s stations into our network significantly enhances our coverage in Ireland, making it easier for our customers to transition to more sustainable mobility,” stated Sven Mehringer, Managing Director of Energy & Vehicle Services at DKV Mobility.
Ollie Chatten, CEO of EasyGo, added: “Strategic partnerships like this one are essential to ensuring seamless and reliable access to charging infrastructure nationwide.”
The charging stations were integrated into the DKV Mobility acceptance network using software developed by GreenFlux, an Amsterdam-based subsidiary of DKV Mobility. In Ireland, DKV Card +Charge cards are available through Easytrip, DKV Mobility’s local subsidiary.
With access to approximately 938,000 charging points, DKV Mobility operates one of the most extensive EV charging networks in Europe. It also provides charging solutions for company locations (@work) and home charging for fleet drivers (@home).
