EVBox has announced the installation of fast charging stations at two BAUHAUS Danmark A/S sites, located in Roskilde and Glostrup, as part of a wider deployment in cooperation with energy company OK a.m.b.a.
The initiative includes the installation of 38 fast chargers, providing a total of 76 charging points across 12 BAUHAUS warehouse locations in Denmark. The new stations in Roskilde and Glostrup are the latest to go live, and additional locations will be launched in the near future.
Each site offers chargers ranging from 120 kW to 240 kW, with four charging points available per location. These units are designed to deliver rapid and convenient charging for electric vehicle drivers in high-traffic commercial areas.
According to the official announcement, the goal is to create accessible charging infrastructure where customers already shop, integrating charging into their daily routines.
“The partnership with OK is a key step towards strengthening charging infrastructure,” stated Kim Gravesen, Chief Financial Officer at BAUHAUS Denmark.
Kenneth Korsgaard, Market Director for E-mobility at OK, added: “We believe that electromobility should be easy and practical in everyday life – and that requires charging stations where people already are.”
All stations can be accessed via the OK mobile app or directly with a credit card, with no subscription required.
