After launching in 2024 for private users through its public-charging app, the company now introduces a fully integrated web platform that centralises the oversight of fleet consumption and on-site charging infrastructure.

Since its arrival in Spain, EVIO has simplified daily public charging for private drivers, offering an intuitive app that allows them to locate charging points, simulate costs, start a session and pay across thousands of stations throughout Europe, with full transparency over their spending.
From today, Spanish companies and fleet operators can also access a solution that unifies every charging scenario—public, workplace and residential—within a single platform.
This ecosystem allows businesses to track spending and consumption, monitor charging sessions, assign budgets by vehicle or driver, follow mileage, and manage internal charger networks across multiple sites. Users can also visualise their fleet’s carbon footprint, access statistics, generate reports and review usage history. An API integration option enables seamless connectivity with external systems.
EVIO’s charging-point management module has been engineered to give companies complete control and flexibility over their charging infrastructure, ensuring operational efficiency and maximum return on investment. The platform is hardware-agnostic, enabling smooth integration with equipment from different manufacturers.
“With this solution, companies can configure charging networks tailored to the specific needs of their fleet, and even make their chargers publicly accessible, turning them into an additional revenue stream,” says Carlos Almeida, EVIO’s CEO.

Through a single contract, companies can charge vehicles across multiple national and international networks, avoiding the hassle of registering with several operators or relying on multiple RFID cards and apps.
Top10: real-time savings at a glance
EVIO is the only app on the market offering Top10, a feature that simulates charging costs and identifies, in real time, the ten closest and most economical charging points.
The tool automatically calculates the total cost of a session at each station by taking into account the vehicle and charger power, charging duration, tariffs and time-of-day pricing. This gives drivers the clarity they need to make financially sound decisions.
Users can choose between three rankings, depending on the technical characteristics of their vehicle: the ten cheapest options based on unit price per kWh, the ten points capable of delivering the highest amount of energy, or the ten with the lowest total charging cost.
This represents a major shift for consumers, addressing a long-standing issue: unpredictable and often opaque charging costs, particularly when switching between different CPO networks.
