FINN, Germany’s leading provider of car subscriptions, and BYD are entering into a long-term strategic partnership, starting with an agreement for the delivery of up to 5,000 vehicles over the next ten months.
With this move, both companies reaffirm their shared commitment to further promoting sustainable and affordable mobility and making it significantly more accessible in the country.
For the first time, BYD vehicles are now available through FINN’s car subscription service.
BYD’s extensive range of models available at FINN includes the all-electric Dolphin, as well as the Atto 2, Seal U DM-i, Seal, and the Sealion 7.
In addition, the brand-new BYD Dolphin Surf will be available via subscription from FINN as soon as it launches in the German market.
All of these vehicles can be booked immediately through FINN, with subscription terms ranging from six to 24 months, and prices starting from 259 euros per month.
This move significantly expands FINN’s electric vehicle portfolio.
Jürgen Lobach, Chief Fleet Officer and Managing Director at FINN, says: “Together, we are driving the transition to sustainable mobility in a meaningful way – rapidly, at scale, and accessible to all.”
He continues: “With BYD as a strong partner, we are expanding our offering with high-quality, innovative, and affordable vehicles, giving our customers access to one of the most diverse electric portfolios on the market.”
Maria Grazia Davino, SVP Regional Managing Director at BYD Europe, states: “Together with FINN, we will be able to introduce even more drivers to BYD’s outstanding vehicle technology and demonstrate the benefits of electric mobility.”
FINN clear focus on sustainability goals
FINN continues to pursue its sustainability goals with determination.
The company has set itself the target of increasing the share of electric vehicles in its fleet to over 80 per cent by 2028.
The new framework agreement with BYD marks another milestone on the road to more environmentally friendly mobility.
In addition to private customers and fleet clients, the range of options is also expanding for FINN | JobAuto.
FINN | JobAuto is the car subscription model based on salary conversion, enabling companies to offer their employees savings of up to 40 per cent on the monthly subscription rate.
This allows companies to offer a valuable employee benefit with no additional cost to the business.
