The Lagos municipality has allocated over €4.6 million for the development of next-generation infrastructure in local business hubs.
The awarded project, with a completion timeline of 365 days, focuses on four key areas:
• Fire prevention and protection measures to enhance safety.
• Integrated 5G telecommunication solutions to improve network coverage.
• Renewable energy systems for production and storage, promoting self-consumption.
• Electric vehicle charging stations to foster the shift toward sustainable mobility.
The initiative will benefit a total area of approximately 165,000 m², encompassing dozens of companies across three business hubs in Lagos: Chinicato Municipal Business Area, Marateca Business Area, and Chinicato-Pinheiral Business Area.
