The latest ranking of direct current (DC) charging point operators (CPOs) in Poland, compiled by F5A New Mobility Research and Consulting, reveals notable shifts in the sector’s dynamics.
GreenWay remains the market leader with a 21% share. However, the most significant development was Lidl’s advance, which for the first time surpassed Powerdot to secure second place with 18.9%.
This was achieved through the addition of 262 new DC fast-charging points in June alone – the highest monthly increase recorded in the country to date.
According to the report, 2025 marks a phase of accelerated expansion for Lidl in the field of electromobility. Since the beginning of the year, the retail chain has led the growth in fast-charging infrastructure across 15 voivodeships (provinces).
These figures indicate not only the continued growth of Poland’s EV charging network but also a shift in the competitive landscape.
