Veltium Smart Chargers presents its new range of products at the eighth edition of the Electric Vehicle Fair in Madrid (VEM).
The prominent company, specializing in the development, manufacturing, and marketing of electric vehicle charging solutions, offers its POINT line on one hand.
This is a charging solution for businesses and public spaces, with multiple optional features to adapt to various usage needs.
As detailed by the company, this range is focused on public and semi-public charging and comprises three different models.
The POINT Dot is characterized as the simplest within the family, featuring a wall-mounted socket.
On the other hand, the POINT Twin is a double socket product, also wall-mounted. It allows simultaneous charging by distributing energy evenly, ensuring efficient charging during peak demand periods.
Additionally, the POINT Max is the ground-mounted double socket unit. Designed for installation in places without vertical support availability, its sturdy and vandal-proof design guarantees optimal performance.
All three models reach a maximum power of 7.4 kW single-phase and 22 kW three-phase.
Regarding the user interface, they offer RFID reader, multicolour LED, Bluetooth, 4.3″ TFT touchscreen display with 16.7 million colours.
Moreover, they provide a dual configuration option for the management platform: OCPP 1.6 J, for integration with any charging point management system or through Veltium’s own platform, blueSKY©.
LITE range, the best choice form home charging and now also for home charging fleets
It is Veltium’s most prominent product to date, renowned for its simplicity in installation, use, and management.
It provides intelligent charging solutions for plug-in vehicles, with a compact and functional design.
This makes it universal and compatible with all electric and plug-in hybrid cars on the market.
Like the POINT range, this one also features three models.
LITE Zero is the simplest solution for the home.
It allows for safe charging, preventing possible overheating and electrical installation issues in the home.
It features Bluetooth communication for managing everything related to electric car charging via a mobile phone.
LITE Uno offers the ability to charge the car with solar energy from photovoltaic panels and control the charger remotely from any location and at any time.
It’s ideal for communal installations where managing the power of a group of chargers is required.
Both options offer a charging power of 7.4 kW single-phase.
Meanwhile, LITE Kubo is the most comprehensive solution with charging powers of 22 kW (32 A three-phase, adjustable 6-32 A).
It’s three times faster than a conventional charger.
It retains remote connectivity capabilities, integration with solar panel systems, and power management for an interconnected network of chargers.
Leveraging their expertise in home charging, Veltium has recently developed a specific solution for businesses that facilitates fleet monitoring with home-based employee charging.
Thus, the combination of Veltium LITE chargers and the Dashboard LITE platform offers a 360º solution for both corporate fleet managers and employees.
