Volvo Trucks Italia and FLEET220 have announced a new strategic partnership to support the transition to electric road transport by providing customers with a complete and integrated charging solution.
This includes an Elinta Charge AC charging station with a 43 kilowatts output, specifically designed for overnight charging at the customer’s sites or logistical hubs.
However, the added value goes beyond the charging station itself: FLEET220 will handle the entire process, from supplying and installing the charging unit to fully managing the charging infrastructure.

The AC charging package included with the vehicle purchase offers:
- Infrastructure design
- Installation and activation of the Elinta City Charge 43 station
- Charging cable
- Remote online support, available 24/7
- Charging services and monitoring
“Our mission is to make the transition to electric vehicles (EVs) simpler and more accessible for transport companies. This new partnership with FLEET220 represents a concrete step toward providing each customer with a tailored and efficient charging infrastructure,” says Sabrina Loner, eMob|Product|Homologation Director at Volvo Trucks Italia.
“This solution can be modularly adjusted to the customer’s transport needs and can be integrated both at the hardware and service levels,” she adds.
“This agreement confirms Fleet220 and Volvo Trucks as leaders in electric mobility innovation,” states Carolina Solcia, CEO of FLEET220.
She continues: “Our collaboration with Volvo Trucks Italia highlights our shared commitment to promoting a sustainable future for the transport sector, delivering solutions that address our customers’ operational needs.”
With this initiative, Volvo Trucks Italia and FLEET220 demonstrate their dedication to a more sustainable and efficient transport sector, actively contributing to the energy transition.
