A new eMobility appointment is set for 2 July, led by Hellonext.
The Portuguese company is bringing a new edition of AmpedUp to the United Kingdom (UK) — a high-impact event designed for installers, commercial clients, and key players in the EV charging ecosystem.
The initiative seeks not only to showcase Hellonext’s product portfolio, but also to build bridges between technology, professional training, and large-scale infrastructure deployment.
The event will serve as a platform for exchange, where installers, technology partners, and businesses can experience Hellonext’s solutions first-hand, take part in targeted training sessions, and strengthen commercial ties — all within a relaxed yet technically focused environment.
“The energy transition doesn’t happen behind a screen. It takes place face to face, cable to cable, from idea to impact,” the organisers highlight.
What is AmpedUp?
AmpedUp combines hands-on learning with commercial engagement. It has become a key in-person event that prioritises direct interaction with charging products and technology.
Throughout the day, Hellonext will offer practical demonstrations of its charger portfolio, including AC and DC solutions, smart charging units, and integrated systems for fleets and public infrastructure. Topics such as interoperability, maintenance, installation, and scalability will also be covered.
The agenda includes a dedicated commercial session led by Hellonext’s own team: Limara Ballantyne, UK Sales Manager, and Manuel Sande e Castro, Head of Sales, will present the company’s vision within the European context.
They will outline Hellonext’s value proposition, its ability to adapt to local regulations, and its roadmap for expansion. The company has been strengthening its presence across Southern Europe and is now positioning the UK as a strategic hub in its growth strategy.
Industry-led training sessions
AmpedUp UK will also feature guest speakers recognised in the fields of electric mobility, energy management, and infrastructure optimisation:
- Emily Garnett, from Fuuse, will explore key challenges in charge point management software.
- Michael Kent, from GridBeyond, will offer insights into energy flexibility and aggregation.
- Tim Aylen, from DYNAMON, will present data analytics tools to boost operational efficiency in fleet management.
- Chris Chamberlain, from Dodona Analytics, will delve into predictive models applied to EV charging infrastructure.
These sessions will allow attendees to update their technical knowledge, identify operational opportunities, and gain actionable insights for both short- and mid-term planning.
Technical networking in a collaborative space
Beyond the training and commercial sessions, the event is designed to foster an informal networking environment, where participants can engage in strategic conversations, clarify operational queries, and build stronger relationships with suppliers, installers, and end clients.
The setting will include an open area with food and drinks, designed to encourage direct interaction between attendees and the Hellonext team, who will be available for personalised consultations.
“We want to create an environment where innovation flows — not just through chargers, but through ideas too,” the company notes.
