At the Nordic EV Summit, Kasper Roed, Area Sales Manager at Keyloop, discussed with Mobility Portal Europe the strategic investments they are working on.

As the largest global automotive technology company, Keyloop know what it takes to drive success in this era.

Their Experience-First platform is tailored to help dealerships meet modern consumer demands focusing on superior consumer experiences.

Keyloop provides “Experience-First Platform,” which is open, scalable, and intelligent.

“We work with automotive retailers and manufacturers to support the entire dealership network. We provide them with financial aspects: aftermarket and new vehicle sales,” explains Roed.

“We offer comprehensive solutions to enhance the car buying and ownership journey for consumers,” he adds.

Currently, Keyloop continues to invest in its Platform, capable of connecting its vast product portfolio of solutions which serve dealerships worldwide.

According to Roe, to further accelerate the transition to electromobility, it is necessary to pave the way for APIs.

“Our main concern is integrating the software into dealerships, thereby achieving a good experience for end customers,” indicates the Area Sales Manager.

With the trust of over 25,000 retailers and 80 manufacturers worldwide, Keyloop’s solutions cover all touchpoints, transforming interactions into opportunities and opportunities into sales.

Some of the renowned brands using the Experience-First platform are Mercedes Benz, Ford, Jaguar, Nissan, Audi, Chrysler, and Isuzu.

Since the transformation of the corporation into Keyloop in 2021, they have experienced rapid growth to offer cutting-edge solutions.

Through collaboration, seven highly innovative companies have been welcomed into the fold: ATG, enquiryMAX, RAPID RTC, MotorDocs, FISC, SilverBullet, and SERTI.

Keyloop examines: What percentage plans to purchase an EV?

Given the rapid growth of the international electromobility industry, in 2023 the company decided to conduct a survey on their LinkedIn social media profile to gauge followers’ thoughts on the matter.

Of the over 600 people who responded, 40 per cent indicated that they plan to buy an electric vehicle (EV) as their next car.

On the other hand, 39 per cent of respondents do not plan to acquire one, and the remaining 21 per cent are unsure.

“The results of our survey show that there is a need to focus more on EV sales by 2035, and retailers and manufacturers have a key role to play in this regard,” states Keyloop in the report.

It is worth noting that the results revealed that 68 per cent of respondents are attracted to the low operating costs of electric cars, surpassing environmental benefits (20 per cent) and low vehicle taxes (12 per cent).

“With the worsening cost of living crisis, gasoline prices at historic highs, and households having to make tough budgetary decisions, it’s no surprise that individuals are beginning to see the intrinsic value of buying an EV”.
