GSS Power‘s latest offering focuses on a charger equipped with integrated batteries, a feature that makes all the difference in the eMobility sector.
This equipment has four 193 kilowatt-hour (kWh) storage modules, offering fast charging in direct current (DC) while storing energy in alternating current (AC).
“With this solution, network problems are solved by reducing power demand,” explains Cristina Chan, company spokesperson, to Mobility Portal España within the framework of the Global Mobility Call.
This equipment can operate with a connection of 10 to 40 kWh, while without an electrical grid, the system can deliver up to 120 kWh.
If it includes a connection to the electrical system, its power increases progressively until reaching 204 kWh to charge two vehicles simultaneously.
Ease of installation is also a key point.
Cristina Chan stresses that no major civil works are required: “It is simply a matter of using an existing light point and connecting it directly to our chargers.”
Its modular design allows for relocation of equipment using simple methods such as cranes.
What does the future hold for GSS Power?
The company plans to diversify its offering.

In this regard, Cristina Chan anticipates that, for next year, the launch of “smaller and larger” models is expected after completing the certification processes.
And not only that.
Although the current model can charge all types of cars, the firm hopes to expand its range.
“We are waiting for the certifications, which we hope will be available next year for heavy vehicles,” explains the company representative.
Who do you offer your products to?
GSS Power works with gas stations, hotels and restaurants, among others.
This approach allows your solution to be widely applicable in various business environments.
“At the end of the day, it’s a very broad sector and our chargers are designed to suit all types of businesses,” Chan said.
GSS Power equipment is manufactured in China, with a production time of approximately one month.
Import logistics depend on customs, which can extend the process to between two and four months.
However, Chan points out that so far they have not had any problems.
In addition to Spain, the firm already has a presence in Germany and the Netherlands, as well as in Australia, where its technology is having great acceptance.
Despite this, its current priority is to consolidate its position in the Spanish market.
To achieve this, the firm has a competitive advantage: a design that eliminates the need for long bureaucratic processes.
“Installing a charger with similar features to ours could take a minimum of three to four years, due to power, design and licensing requirements,” Chan explains.
He adds: “However, with our equipment, this process is not necessary.”
This factor, together with low operating costs, offers a significant advantage to companies looking for fast and efficient solutions.
In addition, GSS Power offers a comprehensive solution that includes installation advice, management platforms and ongoing maintenance.
This versatility allows the firm to adapt to clients ranging from shopping malls to logistics companies.
Why did you decide to participate in the Global Mobility Call?
In an interview with Mobility Portal España, Cristina Chan highlights the company’s presence at the event organised by IFEMA Madrid as an opportunity to establish relationships and expand its impact in the Spanish and European markets.
“We participated last year and made valuable contacts, so we decided to return to the fair this year with the aim of expanding our network of connections,” says the spokesperson.
